Support Executive

Responsibilities:

•  Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems raised by customers
•  Respond quickly and effectively to inquiries sent to helpdesk
•  Work on QA testing scenarios
•  Create simple sample or steps to reproduce issues when submitting problems to developer
•  Help to install software on workstations and servers, when needed.

Requirements:

•  Candidate must posses at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent with minimum GPA of 2.8.
•  At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•  Good communication skill, able to pinpoint support issues effectively and straight forward.
•  Familiar with SQL Server or MySQL
•  Knowledge in PHP/ASP.NET technology is an advantage.
